The Magic of Abstract Art

As I worked on the pieces in this collection, I really let the paintings lead the way and I followed along. My only plan was to create art that felt real and true to me and my creative voice. Some are more abstract than others, and that's because when they spoke to me, and let me know they were finished, I listened. I let go of control and followed my creative intuition.

The raw energy in this painting feels right to me. The Ozarks may not be the first thing that come to your mind when you see it, but it reflects the feeling I get when I look out over the rough, rugged views around here, and those magnificent colors that show up in our sunrises and sunsets. You may see and feel something entirely different. That is the magic of abstract art.

The new collection will be available on November 12, and I can't wait to share them all with you!
